Term 4 runs October 14 - December 15
Note: no classes Tues 26 - Mon 2 December inclusive due to the Company's upcoming show Drawing N Motion!
To keep up with enrolments, all students must book their classes using our online booking portal.

Beginners: Fundamental comprehensive technique and an exploration of fiesta styles of Flamenco.

Elements Class: Castanets and
singing class
A class to develop knowledge and technique to dance with Flamenco castanets with a focus on Fandango de Huelva
Wednesday 6:15 - 7:45pm
Bata de Cola Technique and Choreography
Dance with the beautiful tail dress known as Bata de Cola and develop a good foundation for body work and arms in the process.
Selected Fridays 6:30-8:00pm
Cajón and Palmas Technique and Accompaniment
Join Roshanne WIjeyeratne for classes in palmas and cajón. Learn funky rhythms and learn how to accompany in an musical ensemble. These classes are only on selected dates to be released shortly.
Saturdays 12:45-1:45pm
Flamenco Songs and Palmas Class
Develop your Flamenco song repertoire, palmas, compas, and learn the structure of Flamenco singing. Flamenco dance is based on the knowledge of Flamenco song structures, so this is in invaluable class for all Flamenco dancers.
Intermediate Classes
Tuesdays 9-9:30pm
Seguiriyas Choreography: For dancers who wish to gain further performance experience with our previous Seguiriyas choreography.
Thursdays 7:45-9:15pm
Advanced Bridging: Please inquire before attending. Comprehensive and intense technique for dancers ready to bridge into advanced levels with a focus on Tarantos.
Tuesday 7:30 -9:00pm
Intermediate Farruca: A comprehesive technique class for all intermediate levels with a focus on Farruca choreography.
Thursdays 6:15pm-7:45pm
Intermediate Fandango de Huelva: Comprehensive Technique for beginners bridging into the intermediate levels focusing on footwork, turns, arms, hands and rhythmic development with a focus on Fandango de Huelva choreography.
Advanced and Professional Classes
Mondays 7:30-8:30pm
Advanced Comprehensive Technique: Please inquire before attending. For upper advanced, aspiring professionals and professional dancers.
Mondays 7:00-7:30pm
Advanced Rondeña: An incredible choreography as the advanced dancers of Alma Flamenca work under the instruction of the great maestro Manuel Betanzos from Sevilla.
Mondays 8:30-9:30pm
Advanced Alegrias: A joyful, fast, and lively dance requiring speed in every aspect of technique and the grace and skill to make it look easy.
Saturdays 2-4pm
